We help property investors, especially those not on the ground, transform empty units into elevated, fully furnished, revenue-ready spaces within 12 weeks. Choose from three curated design aesthetics, and for a fixed fee, we handle sourcing, furnishing and apartment set up with all household essentials from start to finish. Our ‘launch partner package’ and ‘1-month property management’ add-on services cover core marketing materials; ensure key connectivity such as WiFi and household installations are taken care of, and owners feel further supported on-ground in the first month of rental.
