The Kili Hideaway – Kilimani

A thoughtfully furnished studio apartment in Kilimani designed to stand out in one of Nairobi’s most competitive rental markets.

The brief was to create a mid-century inspired space that felt calm, elevated, and highly functional, while carving out clear zones for living, dining, rest, and remote work within a compact footprint.

Positioned on the first floor and surrounded by greenery, the design leaned into the apartment’s natural sense of tranquillity through warm wood tones, layered textures, and a composed, understated palette.

In addition to full furnishing and styling, littleluxeliving also developed marketing assets and listing copy to support launch on Airbnb. The result was a distinctive, revenue-ready studio designed to attract high-quality guests.
