Uniquely, we take a blended approach to sourcing that allows us to balance durability, functionality, and design character while maintaining an investment-ready result aligned with your choice of furnishing aesthetic. Our sourcing technique ensures that no two littleluxeliving furnished apartments will ever look exactly the same.
Beyond core furnishing deliverables, we also source all household items from linens, kitchenware, bathroom accessories and artwork, to rugs, plants, lamps, hairdryers, smoke alarms and more. We have thought of every detail to make sure the property well and truly becomes a plug-and-play set up.
Installation, Styling & Handover (within 12 weeks)
We coordinate the full installation process, including furniture placement, soft furnishings, décor styling, appliance and technical installations were applicable to ensure each space is fully functional and move-in-ready in just 12 weeks.
Add-on services (optional)
At the point of selecting your furnishing package, you can opt to include additional services that have been designed to take your unit from fully furnished to fully operational and market-ready.
Launch Partner Package
A complete launch setup service geared at preparing your apartment for listing and occupancy. From professional photography, a social media reel to coordination of essential connectivity and installations like WiFi, washing machine and key lock box.
Property Management
A 1-month on-ground management service designed to support your transition from furnishing and set up handover to occupancy. We act as the primary local contact for your property during this period, managing everything from guest and tenant relations to cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs.
Fee & payment structure
All furnishing and add-on services are priced as fixed, all-inclusive fees with no additional charges at any stage of the project. Furnishing and full apartment set up starts from USD 15,900, while add-on services start from USD 120. Clients have the option of paying for their selected services in full, or by instalment over a 10 week period.
