Inspiration is gathered from Pinterest boards, Instagram posts, boutique hotels, holiday apartments or beautifully styled homes saved over months, sometimes years. The creative process starts by deciding what the apartment should look like before a single item has been sourced.
At littleluxeliving, we’ve chosen a different starting point.
Rather than asking every client to develop an entirely new furnishing concept, we invite them to choose from one of three carefully developed furnishing aesthetics. Each one provides a clear furnishing language that guides every decision that follows, from the largest furniture pieces to the smallest finishing touches that prepare an apartment for occupancy.
This doesn’t mean the apartment itself is predetermined.
Quite the opposite.
Every apartment is furnished and set up from scratch. Furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, kitchenware, linens and everyday essentials are sourced specifically for each project, taking into account the apartment’s layout, proportions, natural light and practical requirements. No two homes leave us looking exactly alike because no two apartments, or the people investing in them, are exactly the same. What remains consistent is the furnishing language. It provides a framework that allows every sourcing decision to contribute towards a cohesive outcome.
